UCC STEELWORK CONNECTIONS ANNOUNCES TRENTON, NEW JERSEY LOCATION

UCC Steelwork Connections Inc (Tampa FL, Trenton NJ, Wilmington DE, www.ucci.ca) is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of our newest stocking location, effective Tuesday November 15th 2011.

At the beginning of our 2nd year in business, UCC Steelwork Connections Inc is proud to announce that we are growing yet again. Soon after opening our office and warehouse in Tampa FL on April 1st, we realized the need to have a larger stocking warehouse in the north-east. Our office in Wilmington DE is too small to handle the volumes which we require, so we have decided to move our NE distribution hub to Trenton, New Jersey. (Please note that Wilmington DE will continue to operate as our “administration centre”, but all stock is currently on the move to Trenton NJ).

After an exhaustive search for a suitable location throughout the north-east USA, Vice President Cid Connon secured a suitable 2,000 square ft office/warehouse space within the downtown area of Trenton. The location is now fully stocked with Lindapter product, samples, and literature, and is suited to ship throughout the USA, effective immediately.

UCCSC WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEE

UCC Steelwork Connections Inc welcomed Mr. Jose Echavarria to the role of Inside Sales Representative and Shipper Receiver in our Tampa FL location effective Monday August 15th, 2011. Mr. Echavarria has worked in many different capacities in the customer service arena in the past, and is very eager to learn and grow with UCC Steelworks. He is available to answer all of our customer’s questions as best he can in Florida, and has the rest of the Inside Sales Team to help with quoting and further technical assistance in Canada. UCCSC WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEES

UCC Industries International Inc welcomed Mr. Mati Saar to the role of Inside Sales Representative, effective July 3rd, 2011. Mr. Saar comes from the HVAC and metal services industries, and brings with him a wealth of customer service knowledge. Mati will primarily be focused upon helping people in the Unistrut Metal Framing and Traffic Supply areas of the business.

In addition, UCCI welcomed Mr. Peter Smith to the role of Outside Sales in the Concrete Construction Division of the company, effective August 8th, 2011. Mr Smith brings a long history of concrete construction sales with him, and will be working with Bob Robinson to help grow this division of our company. UCC Steelwork Connections Inc (Wilmington DE / Tampa FL www.ucci.ca) is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of our newest stocking location in Tampa, Florida, effective Friday April 1st, 2011.

After an exhaustive search for a suitable location throughout the south-east USA, National Sales Manager Dave Reardon secured a suitable 2250 square ft office/warehouse space within the Airport Industrial Park, Tampa Florida. Upon execution of our lease agreement on March 31st, Dave Reardon and President Brent Hughes worked to get the new location open for business throughout this past weekend. The location is fully stocked with Lindapter product, samples, and literature, and is suited to ship throughout the USA, effective immediately.

UCC STEELWORK CONNECTIONS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT

UCC Steelwork Connections Inc (Wilmington DE www.ucci.ca) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dave Reardon, of Clearwater, Florida, as National Sales Manager effective March 1st, 2011.

As National Sales Manager, Mr. Reardon will have the responsibility to develop our Lindapter Steel Connections (www.lindapterusa.com) business throughout the USA, focusing on the 24 States exclusively covered by UCC in this area. His responsibilities will also include opening of a number of Distribution locations (to be announced at a later date), and the hiring of our sales team for the USA.

Dave Reardon has had a proven career as a senior sales & marketing executive of successful start-up, turnaround and high-growth companies for the past 20+ years. Previous career positions include Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Meadow Burke Products Inc (Tampa FL, 2004-2009), the American industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of concrete accessories throughout the USA. Prior to that, Mr. Reardon was the General Sales Manager of Hughes Supply (Orlando FL, 1992-2004), a leading construction products distribution company with 12 divisions and over 3000 employees.

After being the exclusive distributor of Lindapter in Canada for the past 15 years, UCC Steelwork Connections is now offering distribution of Lindapter Products and Engineering services throughout both the USA and Canada. Our new USA office is located in Wilmington Delaware, and will service all of our Lindapter steelwork clamping customers. UCCI Goes Nuclear

UCC Industries International Inc (UCCI) is very proud to announce that we have been issued a “Certificate of Authorization” from The Technical Standards and Safety Authority for the supply of Nuclear Class 1,2,3,&4 Linear and Standard Supports into all CANDU Nuclear Facilities worldwide. This process has taken 15 months to complete, and could not have been accomplished without the help and support of many of our customers. We thank you very much.
